• With its large backlit screen, keyboard, and integrated software, the PS5000 is totally independent. The software is easy to program and very user-friendly. The WYSIWYG graphic preview is a real plus !
• The result is a highly legible, precise, and permanent marking (texts, logosˇ¦) which can be carried out on all types of material up to a hardness of 62 HRC: metals, plastics, composite, wood etc ..
• The PS5000 was developed with efficiency and productivity in mind. Hard wearing and robust, it is very easy to maintain.
• Unlike embossing and hand stamp marking, micropercussion technology requires no additional consumables, making it very cost effective.
• The marking tool vibrates quickly and can mark up to 5 characters per second depending on their size.
• The PS5000 can easily be installed in a clean work environment since the single vibrating tool used for all the markings does not produce metal chips.
• The PS5000 can also mark on to parts of different heights: up to 310mm due to its simple manual adjustment.
