With its large backlit screen, keyboard, and
integrated software, the PS5000 is totally
independent. The software is easy to program
and very user-friendly. The WYSIWYG graphic
preview is a real plus !

The result is a highly legible, precise, and
permanent marking (texts, logosˇ¦) which can be
carried out on all types of material up to a hardness
of 62 HRC: metals, plastics, composite, wood etc ..

The PS5000 was developed with efficiency and
productivity in mind. Hard wearing and robust, it
is very easy to maintain.

Unlike embossing and hand stamp marking, micropercussion
technology requires no additional
consumables, making it very cost effective.

The marking tool vibrates quickly and can mark
up to 5 characters per second depending on their
size.

The PS5000 can easily be installed in a clean work
environment since the single vibrating tool used for
all the markings does not produce metal chips.

The PS5000 can also mark on to parts of different
heights: up to 310mm due to its simple manual
adjustment.
