Ring Engraving
Dedicated machines Model B and IM4RM can only do one thing: engrave the inside of rings. And they do it very well thanks to a quick and easy set-up. The PC-linked IM4RM enables engraving of fancy text as well as symbols and logos.
Many of Gravograph's computerised machines can be fitted with a ring engraving kit. Special mention to the M20Jewellery that comes standard with a patented dual head system for inside and outside ring engraving (see the video).
In essence virtually all Gravograph machines can engrave jewellery when fitted with the correct jigs and cutters. The most popular machines used by jewellers are the compact M20 and the all-in-one M40G.
Both systems come standard with laser pointer, auto depth setting and multifunctional vice. In addition the M40G also features a glass engraving kit as well as a trophy / tankard rotating attachment.
The M20Pix is a high speed high quality photo engraver. Thanks to the machine's unique fixed diamond head photographs are engraved in-depth into metal and will not fade or disappear over time. The M20Pix comes with Gravograph's QuickPix™ software and will produce engraved photographs of exceptional quality.
All of Gravograph computerised machines can also achieve outstanding quality photo engraving thanks to PhotoStyle software (part of GravoStyle5™ software suite).
The IS400 desktop power engraver can do it all! Built to the highest standards this machine can be turned into a small production centre with optional accessories high frequency spindle, electronic rotating cylindrical attachment or vacuum bed. Gravograph's GravoStyle5™ professional engraving software is key to quality jewellery manufacturing.
Gold or silver name drop pendants will easily be cut out by the IS400, either individually or in number from a whole sheet of precious metal.
Stunning jewellery designs can be created with leading professional CAD software 3DESIGN. Its innovative technology makes it a powerful yet intuitive modelling tool. Send the file across to the IS400 to produce outstanding unique jewellery items.
Gravograph's Fibre200 laser will mark directly onto most metals with high speed and precision. The fine laser beam allows for the most intricate designs to be lasered onto jewellery items such as rings, watches, lockets, pendants and more. Beyond personalisation the Fibre200 is widely used for hallmark and security identification marking. A diode system helps users accurately position the marking onto the part to be lasered.
GravoStyle5™ professional engraving and design software is supplied standard with the machine, making complex design lasering truly easy.
The Fibre200 is a class 1 desktop system with integrated air cooling, meaning that it will fit in workshops and offices without need for any modification to the working environment.
