Inside Ring Engraver Kit for the IS400 machine

Intended for high-production jewellery manufacturers

This wedding ring engraving kit is an optional extra only compatible with the IS400 engraver.

It comprises of the following components:

• A special diamond spindle, allowing pressure setting for the tool. This spindle is mounted in place of the standard IS400 spindle.
• A diamond tool (same as for the B model).
• A cylinder-drive support, mounted in place of the vice, on the slide. This cylinder-drive support includes a mechanical stop to set the Y ref..
• An IS400 cylinder-drive without the standard chuck.
• An accurate 6 jaw chuck, for a perfect concentric tightening on the wedding ring and a quick positioning. Maximum ring size (outside diameter): 2.36 in (60 mm)
• 6 jigs (B model type), to be fitted on this chuck.
